Yield: Serves 4

This recipe serves 4 people, and you can easily double it to serve more. If you are cooking for fewer people, you can halve the recipe.

Prep Time: 5 mins

  • Prep your air fryer. If you have an electric or gas stove and a large enough oven, you can use it to cook the chicken tenders. If not, make sure your air fryer is ready for use by turning the temperature knob down to its lowest setting and preheating for 30 minutes (or another amount of time that suits you).
  • Mix the flour, egg and bread crumbs together in a shallow bowl before dipping each chicken tender into this mixture so they are coated evenly on both sides.* Dip them into an egg wash made by whisking together an egg with water until smooth then add salt and pepper to taste.* Coat each piece again with bread crumbs before placing them into hot oil using tongs or wire racks placed over each batch.* Cook until golden brown turning often so as not over crowding!

Cook Time: 10 mins

  • Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken tenders from the basket, let them cool for a few minutes, then toss with sauce if you’d like.

1 pound boneless chicken tenders

Chicken tenders are a quick and easy dinner that can be used in many recipes. You can also use them in many different ways, such as as an ingredient in your favorite chicken salad or as the base for a tasty hoagie sandwich.

Chicken tenders are one of my favorite things to make because they’re so versatile! You can use them to make all sorts of meals from appetizers to main dishes, such as this recipe for Chicken Tenders with Bacon and Blue Cheese Sauce .

1/2 cup flour seasoned with your favorite spices (garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika etc)

The first step is to season the flour with your favorite spices. You can use garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder or paprika to create a crispy outer layer on each tender. If you’re not sure what kind of mix you want to go with then start by adding some of your favorite seasonings (garlic powder will give it more of a boost than just plain old salt) and then taste for balance.

After that’s done it’s time for cooking!

1 large egg beaten

  • Beat the egg in a small bowl until it is thick, about 2 minutes.
  • Make sure there are no shells in your beaten eggs before you use them for frying because they’ll make for tougher chicken tenders! If you don’t have a way to keep them from getting into your food, just let them sit on top of their own bowl while cooking so that they won’t touch anything else in the pan (and if you do have something like this then we suggest using tongs instead).
  • Once all of your ingredients are ready and waiting at home ahead of time so that cooking can begin:

a) Heat up oil in large skillet or fryer until hot enough (350 degrees F).

1/4 cup panko bread crumbs (or use Italian flavored)

Panko bread crumbs are made from bread, so they have a lighter texture than traditional bread crumbs. They’re also larger than regular bread crumbs, which makes them easier to work with when making chicken tenders and other fried foods.

Panko is most commonly used in Asian cooking because of its light airy texture and ability to absorb more moisture than regular breadcrumbs would allow. This makes it perfect for frying when using an oil similar to soy sauce (which contains glutamate).

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated(optional)

You can also add Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs. If you do, it will make for a more flavorful chicken tenders and give them a nice sheen.

The secret lies in using high heat oil that’s been heated until it reaches around 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 Celsius), which allows for proper frying without burning the outside of your food. You also need to coat each piece of chicken in flour before putting them into the basket or basket tray of your air fryer so that they don’t stick together or fall apart when cooking – this keeps things from getting messy!

Conclusion
